My name is Jamie Nicholas & I live in sunny Colorado Springs with my family. I'm a certified Meditation & Mindfulness Coach from the School of Positive Transformation, a passionate wellness programs director & Healing Reiki Practitioner. Mighty Mindful Beings was born in July of 2021 with a vision to bring hope, healing, & happiness to my community. What started as a personal journey to live more mindfully, better manage stress, and be able to ride the waves of life quickly grew into my soul's purpose: to bring valuable wellness resources to my community through education, practice, inspiration & support. It is NEVER too late to transform your life. The magic lies within you, sometimes you just need someone to help you clear the path!
